Total cost is graduated (like tax bands): uses actually falling within each tier are charged at that tier's rate, and tiers stack as volume grows. If the last tier isn't marked unlimited and volume exceeds the total defined capacity, cost stops increasing beyond that point. Everything here — tables, tiers, and the current range — is stored only in this browser's local storage; nothing is uploaded, and CSV import/export is entirely local to your device.
